Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Billy Aircon ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Billy Aircon provides air conditioning servicing, maintenance, repair, and installation services in Singapore. Our services include but are not limited to:
- General aircon servicing and maintenance
- Chemical wash (non-dismantle and full-dismantle)
- Gas top-up (R22, R410A, R32)
- Aircon repair and troubleshooting
- Aircon installation
- Annual service contracts
Pricing and Payment
- Prices listed on our website are promotional prices applicable to single-location condominiums and HDB apartments.
- Additional charges may apply for landed residences, offices, CBD areas, and jobs starting after 6:00 PM.
- We will inform you of the total cost before commencing any work.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash and bank transfer. Installation services are cash only.
Appointments and Cancellations
- Service appointments can be booked via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
- We will confirm your appointment within 24 hours of your enquiry.
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
Warranty
- All services come with a 90-day workmanship warranty from the date of service.
- If any issue related to our servicing occurs within 90 days, we will return and rectify it at no additional cost.
- The warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party modifications.
- The warranty does not cover pre-existing faults that were not part of the original service scope.
Liability
- We exercise reasonable care and skill in providing our services.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
- We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing defects in your aircon system that were not identified during our service.
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
Customer Responsibilities
As our customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your aircon units and issues
- Ensure safe access to all aircon units requiring service
- Be present (or have a representative present) during the service appointment
- Inform us of any special conditions or requirements at your property
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Billy Aircon and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
Website Usage
- Our website is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding its availability or accuracy.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the website at any time.
- You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
